Ordering

Our products are available exclusively through our official website and mobile application.

Orders are processed based on item availability and payment confirmation. During periods of high demand, availability may change while an order is being processed. Most orders placed Monday through Friday are generally processed and shipped within 3 to 4 business days. Orders placed on Fridays or over weekends will begin processing on the following Monday and typically ship within 3 to 4 business days. Certain items may require longer processing times, which will be indicated on the product and cart pages.

Some products are available for pre-order and will be clearly marked on the product page with an estimated ship date. Full payment for pre-order items is collected at the time of purchase. If you wish to cancel a pre-order before the shipment date, you must contact Customer Service. When an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship once the pre-order items become available. We cannot ship available items separately from pre-order items, so placing separate orders is recommended if you want to receive in-stock items sooner.

Once an order ships, a confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent. Orders may arrive in multiple shipments, and a separate email will be sent for each package.

Applicable taxes are calculated according to the laws of the destination address and are added to the order total at checkout. The displayed tax during checkout is an estimate and may differ slightly from the final amount due to variations in tax rates between the origin and destination of the items.

We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards, with charges applied once the order ships (pre-orders excluded). PayPal payments direct you to the PayPal site to log in, review, and complete the transaction before returning to the website. Afterpay allows you to select it at checkout, register or log in on the Afterpay site, and finalize your payment before completing the order.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or updated as processing begins immediately. To add items, a new order must be submitted. Orders typically cannot be canceled after placement, although some may be canceled automatically during high demand if inventory runs out. Refunds are processed automatically if an order is canceled. Customers may contact Customer Service for more information regarding order cancellations.

Shipping addresses cannot be updated after an order is submitted. Orders will be shipped only to the address provided at the time of purchase.
